Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing high-quality products, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacture, assembly, inspection, and packing of products, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Duties
- Operating production machinery and equipment
- Assembling, inspecting, and packing products
- Conducting quality checks and basic testing
- Following production procedures and work instructions
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Working collaboratively to achieve production targets
- Reporting machinery faults or quality concerns

What We're Looking For
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Able to follow procedures and work safely to production targets
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided
