We are currently recruiting for a Production Operatives at our new chilled potato product packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire.
Please note that this site is due to be operational from October 2026.
Shift & Hours of work: 4 days on, 4 days off - rolling shift / Working 06:00hrs to 18:00hrs
Rate of pay: £12.71

Responsibilities
- Follow all production processes and Standard Operating Procedures
- Report any potential Health and Safety issues to your Team Leader
- Ensure Health and Safety protocols are always adhered to
- Identify and escalate any food safety risks immediately
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene
- Hand pack product at the speed of the production line
- Always maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), workstations are kept clean, tidy and clear of any hazards
- Ensure all tasks are carried out in a manner where line efficiency is optimised, keeping waste to a minimum
- Assist with any other general packhouse duties accordingly as instructed
- Promote a friendly and helpful working environment where collaboration and communication are used to complete work actions efficiently

Requirements
- Food safety level 2 is preferred
- Previous experience within a Low Risk and/or High Care manufacturing environment would be advantageous
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Good communication skills
- Can do attitude, willing to learn and develop
- Team Player
- Self-motivated
- Works to a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
