Production Operative
Day Shift
- Monday - Thursday: 07:30 to 16:00
- Friday: 07:30 to 15:00
Salary: £13.00 to £15.60 Per Hour
Hours: 39 hours
Enhanced overtime after 39 hours

They are seeking Production Operatives to work within their well-established manufacturing facility in Daventry.
Your Duties
- Work on a production line as a member of a small team
- Ensure the product is completed from start to finish
- Prepare the finished product for distribution
- Occasionally make a physical change of tool settings
- Undertake other duties as required
Requirements
- Comfortable with heavy lifting as some of the work can be heavy
- Will be trained on multiple roles and equipment
- Pay will rise in line with the new skills you learn
- Good spoken and written English skills
