Role Title: Production Operative - Team Member 3

Salary: £25,875.02

Working Hours: 7am-7pm 2 week rolling rota: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday

Location: Long Lane, Aintree, L9 7BQ

What will this role achieve?

The successful applicant will have the ability to perform packing activities. The role requires a proactive individual with a ‘can do’ attitude who is committed to maintaining high standards in production whilst working as part of a dynamic team.

What will be your key deliverables?

  • Take personal responsibility for Health & Safety
  • Ensure compliance with every-day quality processes
  • Minimise Waste and re-cycle all product effectively
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene & housekeeping
  • Actively contribute to all forms of continuous improvement activity

Bring your experience

Essential

  • You must have good English language, numerical skills, have a knack for solving problems and be a committed team player.
  • Manual dexterity & hand-eye coordination, i.e., changing reels etc.
  • Team-working skills
  • Initiative and drive, with demonstrated attention to detail
  • Dexterity and speed of operation

What does the recruitment process consist of?

  • A Workplace English online assessment. This should take around 30 minutes to complete.
  • A 45 minute competency-based interview based on our company values and your experience along with a tour of the factory.
