Role Title: Production Operative - Team Member 3
Salary: £25,875.02
Working Hours: 7am-7pm 2 week rolling rota: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday
Location: Long Lane, Aintree, L9 7BQ
What will this role achieve?
The successful applicant will have the ability to perform packing activities. The role requires a proactive individual with a ‘can do’ attitude who is committed to maintaining high standards in production whilst working as part of a dynamic team.
What will be your key deliverables?
- Take personal responsibility for Health & Safety
- Ensure compliance with every-day quality processes
- Minimise Waste and re-cycle all product effectively
- Maintain high standards of hygiene & housekeeping
- Actively contribute to all forms of continuous improvement activity
Bring your experience
Essential
- You must have good English language, numerical skills, have a knack for solving problems and be a committed team player.
- Manual dexterity & hand-eye coordination, i.e., changing reels etc.
- Team-working skills
- Initiative and drive, with demonstrated attention to detail
- Dexterity and speed of operation

Desirable
- Previous experience is desirable but not essential, training will be provided.
What does the recruitment process consist of?
- A Workplace English online assessment. This should take around 30 minutes to complete.
- A 45 minute competency-based interview based on our company values and your experience along with a tour of the factory.
