We are currently recruiting Production Operatives - Despatch Nights
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives - Despatch Nights to join our dynamic team at the Linton site and play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently. If you are motivated, reliable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Earn Big:
- Competitive hourly rate with the opportunity to earn over £630 per week as new starter & increasing whilst fully trained!
Night Shift Pattern:
- 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts from 6:00pm to 6:00am

Job Role
- Adhere to all health and safety requirements
- Adhere to all food safety requirements
- Adhere to all quality standards
- Carry out quality and safety checks
- Complete intake checks as required
- Process transport paperwork
- Pick, pack and scan products accurately against customer orders
- Load and unload lorries safely and efficiently
- Support stock control activities and operational requirements
- Work as part of a team to meet daily despatch targets
Skills & Knowledge
- Good working knowledge of food safety requirements
- Previous experience within the food industry is beneficial
- Good computer skills would be advantageous
- Ability to work accurately and follow procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a temperature-controlled environment and as part of a team
