Production Operative / FLT Counterbalance Driver

Key Duties
- Safely operate a forklift truck with a clamp attachment
- Conduct risk assessments and daily safety checks
- Report any health and safety concerns promptly
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping across work areas
- Ensure product quality through diligent checks
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
- Take ownership of materials, equipment, and storage areas
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and assist maintenance teams
- Carry out regular inspections and basic maintenance routines
- Keep the plant, machinery, and workspaces clean and safe
Pay Rate
£15 per hour

Requirements
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence with clamp attachment experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good organisational ability and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and problem-solve under pressure
- Positive attitude and willingness to support process improvements
Shift Pattern
Morning: 06:00 - 14:15
Afternoon: 14:00 - 22:15
Night: 22:00 - 06:15
(3-shift weekly rotation)
