About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our team at our candle manufacturing facility.
You will play an important role in our day-to-day manufacturing process, helping us produce luxury candles and home fragrance products to a consistently high standard.
A valid forklift licence is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Pouring candles in line with production specifications and quality standards.
- Assembling products and packaging ready for dispatch.
- Labelling and preparing finished goods for shipment.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised work environment.
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times.
- Assisting with stock control and replenishing materials when required, including the safe movement of stock using a forklift.
- Operating a forklift safely and responsibly when required.
- Working closely with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Carrying out other production duties as directed by the Factory Supervisor or Manager.

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- A qualified forklift operator with a valid forklift licence
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Organised, with good attention to detail.
- Safety-conscious and willing to follow company procedures.
- Physically capable of carrying out the duties required of the role.
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing or warehouse environment is desirable.

What We Offer
- £13.00 per hour, increasing to £14.00 per hour after successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.
