£12.71 per hour | Weekly Pay | Flexible Ad-Hoc Shifts | Immediate Starts Available
Looking for flexible work that fits around your lifestyle? We're currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy, well-established manufacturing company in Maldon, Essex.
Whether you're looking for regular full-time hours, part-time work, or occasional shifts, this is a great opportunity to secure ongoing temporary work within a fast-paced production environment. Full training is provided, so previous experience is not essential.
Shift Times
Monday to Friday
- 6:00am - 2:00pm
- 2:00pm - 10:00pm

As a Production Operative, Your Duties Will Include
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading materials
- Working on a fast-paced production line
- Carrying out quality checks to maintain high standards
- Packing finished products ready for dispatch
- Palletising and wrapping goods
- Assisting with general warehouse and production duties as required

What We're Looking For
We're seeking reliable and hardworking individuals who:
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Can work well as part of a team
- Are willing to learn and follow health and safety procedures
- Are comfortable working in a busy production environment
- Have previous production or warehouse experience (beneficial but not essential)
- Hold a full UK driving licence due to the location of the site
