Job Description
Days, Evenings and Nights Available
- Days & Evenings: £24,484.20 per year (£12.90 per hour)
- Nights: £24,484.20 plus £3,120 annual night allowance
At Valeo Foods Blackburn, we're growing. Thanks to new customer wins and increasing demand, we're looking for more people to join our production team and help us create some of the products found in homes and on supermarket shelves across the UK.

A Typical Day
No two shifts are exactly the same, but you'll spend your time helping to keep our production lines running efficiently and safely.
- Preparing ingredients
- Operating machinery
- Carrying out quality checks
- Packing finished products
- Making sure everything is running as it should
Some days will be busy, some will be challenging, but you'll always be surrounded by colleagues who support each other and work together to get the job done.
The products we make are enjoyed by millions of people, and every person on site plays a part in making that happen.

Qualifications
We're much more interested in your attitude than your previous job title.
If you're someone who:
- Turns up and gives their best

then we'd love to hear from you.
Previous manufacturing or factory experience can be helpful, but it isn't essential. Many of our colleagues joined with no experience at all and have gone on to build successful careers with us.
