Production Operative - Hygiene | Bugle

As a vital part of our team, you will ensure a continuous flow of clean equipment to support production, maintaining the high standards of food safety that our customers trust.

What you will be doing

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be a hands-on operative responsible for the deep cleaning of machinery and factory areas during periods of reduced production capacity.

  • Perform thorough cleaning of factory equipment, including dolavs, tanks, and racks, to the highest possible standards.
  • Clean all internal areas in accordance with the hygiene management system and technical standards.
  • Maintain strict compliance with food safety, health and safety, and General Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements at all times.
  • Wear correct PPE and follow instructions accurately to support the wider hygiene function and your colleagues.
