Production Operative – Hygiene Nights

Play a vital role in upholding our world-class food safety standards by executing precision deep-cleaning of factory machinery during our night shift operations.

What you will be doing

Working overnight from Monday to Friday (22:30 - 06:30) within our QEHS & Sustainability business unit, you will ensure our production facility is pristine, safe, and ready for daily operation. While this position does not have direct reports, you will be fully responsible for meeting critical technical hygiene goals.

  • Strip down, deep clean, and reassemble technical factory equipment, including dolavs, tanks, and racks, to the highest standards.
  • Clean all internal factory areas thoroughly in complete compliance with our hygiene management system and general manufacturing practices (GMP).
  • Take personal responsibility for food safety protocols, performing necessary manual handling and heavy lifting tasks safely.
  • Operate safely within company health and safety standards at all times while supporting team technical goals.

What you will bring

We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and understand how vital attention to detail is to food safety. No formal educational background is required, as we highly value a strong work ethic and a passionate commitment to learn.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
