Are you passionate about supporting local communities and helping deliver high-quality, sustainable food? We are one of Europe’s leading food processing companies, and we're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team in Sawley, near Gisburn!

The successful candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong commitment to providing exceptional quality for our customers. Working hours are afternoon into evening from 3.15pm to 11.45pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • To work within departmental Standard Operating Procedures
  • Maintain the pace of work in line with production needs in terms of filling bags and crates with products
  • Work with the Managers and wider Team to achieve the department targets
  • Ensure customer and company specifications are achieved
  • Work to a clean as you go policy, ensuring your work area is kept clean and tidy
  • Promote and maintain Health, Safety and Hygiene standards in accordance with company rules and regulations.
  • Be able to follow instructions and procedures
  • Be safety conscious
  • Have a flexible approach to work
  • Have a commitment to quality work and reliability
  • Be willing to gain new skills and experiences
  • Have the ability to work on your own initiative whilst also working as part of a team
