About The Role
You'll play a key role in our manufacturing operation, helping us produce high-quality lintels that are supplied to customers across the construction industry.
Working as part of a hands-on production team, you'll be involved in the day-to-day manufacture, quality checking, handling and preparation of our products. This is a practical role suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in doing a job well and is looking to develop their skills within a busy manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working safely and efficiently as part of the production team.
- Operating production equipment and machinery following training and company procedures.
- Preparing materials and components for the manufacturing process.
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet our required standards.
- Following production specifications, processes and work instructions.
- Keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe.
- Working towards daily production targets while maintaining quality.
- Reporting any quality, equipment or production issues to your supervisor.
- Supporting your colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
- The ability to follow instructions and established processes.
- Good timekeeping, reliability and a commitment to your role.
- The ability to work safely in a busy manufacturing environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A willingness to learn new processes and develop your skills.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, construction or a similar production environment would be an advantage but isn't essential as training will be provided.

What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 2 months' experience in a relevant manufacturing environment, ideally in a similar production role.
- Strong verbal communication, numeracy and interpersonal skills.
- A positive and collaborative team player who works well with colleagues.
- A hardworking and motivated approach, with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Punctual, reliable and dependable, with a flexible approach to working additional hours when required during peak business periods.
- A good attitude towards health and safety, quality and following established processes.
- Someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering a high standard of production.
