Job Title: Production Operative
Shift: Monday - Friday
Hours: 08.00 - 16.00
Pay Rate: £13.22 Per Hour
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role:
The role is to form and assemble heat shield components for our clients prestigious customers. There are multiple operations within the overall manufacturing process and it is anticipated that the successful applicants will become proficient in all. Full training will be given in all aspects of the role but you will ideally have some previous hands-on or workshop experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be engaged in the forming / assembly of heat shield materials and components into a finished product.
- Be flexible in the nature of the role; there is significant complexity of parts and the applicant is highly likely to be manufacturing many different finished parts.
- Ensuring parts are aligned exactly with the customer quality requirements.

Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a zero-defect approach

- Is able to work effectively without direct management.
Qualifications and Experience Levels:
- Ideally will have worked in a production environment.
- Has used hand tools in the course of production work.
- Ideally will have some experience of light sheet metal work, or experienced in the use of light power tools, such as rivet guns, drills, etc.
