About The Role

Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- 16:00-00:00 (Evening/Night Shift)
Key Responsibilities:
- Hand ironing and finishing garments and linen individually
- Ensuring every item meets quality standards before dispatch
- Counting items accurately and maintaining production records
- Packing finished products ready for distribution
- Checking order numbers and customer details carefully
- Maintaining accuracy and consistency throughout the shift
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Keeping work areas clean and organized

What We're Looking For:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately and consistently in a factory environment
- Good numeracy skills and confidence counting stock quantities
- Ability to follow instructions and quality procedures
- Reliable and committed attitude
- Previous production, manufacturing, laundry, finishing, or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
- Willingness to complete the induction and training programme
