Production Operative
Location: Letchworth
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and friendly team in Letchworth. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, hardworking and enjoys practical, hands-on work. Full training will be provided, so previous production experience is beneficial but not essential.
The Role
As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include:
- Working as part of a production team to meet daily targets
- Operating basic production equipment and machinery
- Assembling, preparing and checking products
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
- Supporting other members of the production team when required
