Empowered Personnel are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing operation based in Leamington Spa.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment where you will be involved in the manufacture, finishing, preparation and dispatch of a range of bespoke products.
The Role
As a Production Operative, Your Duties Will Include
- Producing and finishing products to a high standard
- Operating production machinery and equipment
- Preparing goods for dispatch
- Processing customer orders
- Packing and shipping finished products
- Carrying out quality checks
- Following production and health & safety procedures
- Working as part of a busy production team

Shift Patterns
The Standard Static Shift Patterns Are
- Morning: 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Afternoon: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Night: 10:00pm – 6:00am
Please note: You must be flexible with your working hours initially. During the training and start-up period, you may be required to work an alternative shift pattern, such as 8:00am – 4:00pm, until the permanent shift pattern is established.
Pay Rates
Days & Afternoons
- Monday–Friday: £13.45 per hour
- Saturday overtime: £20.18 per hour (rate paid if you have worked Monday–Friday)
- Sunday overtime: £26.90 per hour (rate paid if you have worked Monday–Saturday)
Nights
- Monday–Friday: £16.14 per hour
- Saturday overtime: £24.21 per hour (rate paid if you have worked Monday–Friday)
- Sunday overtime: £32.28 per hour (rate paid if you have worked Monday–Saturday)

The Ideal Candidate
We Are Looking For Candidates Who Are
- Flexible with shifts and available to work weekends as and when required
- Available to work overtime when needed
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Good communicators with a positive attitude
- Physically capable of carrying out production and packing duties
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.
