About The Role
This Production Operative role in Cheltenham offers £12.81 per hour on a full-time, temp-to-perm contract. Working Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 16:00, the successful candidate will sort soiled products, perform heavy lifting and manual handling, and support production flow within an industrial setting. Pay & Hours
- £12.81 per hour
- Day shifts Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 16:00

What you'll be doing:
- Sorting and processing soiled products
- Carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling duties
- Working within a fast-paced production environment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the work area
- Supporting colleagues to achieve production targets
- Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members

What we're looking for:
- Good communication skills (spoken and understood English required)
