Production Operative (Non-Meat)

Location: South Norfolk

Pay: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour

Job Type: Temp-to-Perm & Permanent Opportunities

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, Days, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Earlier finishes may apply depending on production volumes.)

Transport: Own vehicle required due to location and shift times

ISQ Recruitment is partnering with a well-established and expanding food manufacturing company in South Norfolk that is looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join its production team.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have previous experience in food production, manufacturing, machine operation, packaging, warehouse operations, assembly, or other fast-paced production environments. Candidates with hands-on experience working on production lines and operating machinery will be highly regarded. If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and experience working in a busy production setting, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Operating and monitoring production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Supporting daily production activities to meet quality and output targets
  • Performing quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation
  • Completing production records accurately
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to solve production challenges
  • Following all health, safety, and company procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, factory, assembly, packaging, warehouse, or food production environments is beneficial
  • Experience operating machinery or working on production lines is an advantage
  • A reliable and punctual approach to work
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
  • Own transport is essential due to the rural location and shift times
