Location: South Norfolk

Job Type: Temp-to-Perm & Permanent Opportunities

Pay: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, Days, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Earlier finishes may apply depending on production volumes.)

Transport: Own vehicle essential due to site location and shift times.


ISQ Recruitment is working with a successful and expanding food manufacturing business in South Norfolk that is looking to strengthen its production team with reliable, hardworking individuals. Whether you have experience in food production, manufacturing, production lines, machine operation, packaging, or another fast-paced production environment, we'd love to hear from you. Full training will be provided for the right candidates who bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating and monitoring production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Supporting production line activities to ensure targets and quality standards are met
  • Carrying out quality checks and inspections throughout the production process
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace organisation
  • Completing production records and documentation accurately
  • Working closely with colleagues to identify and resolve production issues
  • Following health, safety, and company procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, factory, assembly, packaging, warehouse, or food production environment is highly desirable
  • Experience working on production lines or operating machinery would be advantageous
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working 12-hour shifts
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
  • Own transport is essential due to the rural location and shift times
