Job Title: Skilled Food Production Operative
We are recruiting for several Production Operatives.
£12.71- £13.06 Per hour
Blackpool
Previous Experience Desirable But Not Essential
Rotational Shifts - Full Time
- Week 1 - Monday to Thursday 0600am-1400pm Friday 0600am-1300pm
- Week 2 - Monday to Thursday 1400pm- 2200pm Friday 1300pm-2000pm
Set shifts also available
Total 36.5 hours per week
Kingdom People are recruiting for several production operatives to work at one of our client’s sites in Blackpool. The customer is a leading confectionary manufacturer. The role will involve assisting in the production process, ensuring that products are made, quality checked and packed according to food safety and quality standards.

The Role
Production Operatives will be expected to do the following tasks (list is not exhaustive):
- Working within a food manufacturing environment (no cold environments and no meat products)
- Measuring and adding ingredients to product as required - following processes and recipes
- Operate machinery and equipment daily and being responsible for the manufacturing of the product once fully trained
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines at all times
- Working as a team to ensure all products are made correctly and in a timely manner
- Lifting trays up to 5kg in weight

Requirements
Production Operatives ideally need to fulfil the following requirements:
- Be able to work 8-12 hr shift
- Previous experience desirable but not essential
- Being able to commute to Blackpool
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
