What You'll Do

As a Production Operative, you will play a pivotal role in our production process. Your hands-on skills will help bring our engineering projects to life! Here's what you can expect:

  • Assemble components with precision and care.
  • Operate machinery.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members to meet production targets.
  • Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Keep your workspace organised and tidy.

  • Experience in hand assembly or a similar role is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate!

Hours & Pay

  • 37.5 hours a week
  • 6.30 - 2pm, 2pm - 7.30pm and 11-6.30am (usually days and backs only - however flex needed for night shift.
  • £24,784.50 - £30,000 annually - following training, salary will increase
