About The Role
This Production Operative (PM shift) role in Leicestershire offers temporary work through Manpower UK, paying between £14.49 and £21.74 hourly. The position runs Monday to Friday, 16:00 until 01:00, covering 42.5 hours weekly with a 30-minute unpaid break. Expectations of the Role
Successful candidates will require:
- A full driving licence
- Experience in production, manufacture, construction, or labouring is highly beneficial
- Manual handling and movement of gas cylinders up to a maximum weight of 47kgs
- Working outdoors in all weathers - resilience is key
- Physical workload
- Attention to detail and ability to follow strict control and quality procedures
Responsibilities
- Delivering targets set by production leadership at the start of the shift
- Safely operating the process to meet production targets
- Rotating on Cylinder filling, maintenance, and inspection activities as required by production leadership
- Loading and unloading cylinder vehicles as required
- Performing any Cylinder re-qualification activities as requested
- Ensuring client standards are adhered to during the filling process

- Work as part of a team as well as independently as required
