Pay Rate: £12.71ph
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Location: Earls Colne
Transport: Own transport required
Parking: Free parking on site
We are currently working with a well-established independent food manufacturer based in the Earls Colne area, who are looking for a Factory Operative to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis.
This role would suit someone with previous experience within Food Production, Manufacturing or Packing who is looking for a long-term opportunity.

Duties of the Factory Operative
- Packing finished products
- Completing production paperwork
- Carrying out quality checks throughout production
- Completing final quality checks on finished products
- Assisting within the high-care area when required
- Carrying out visual quality checks
- Following good manufacturing practices
- Ensuring daily production targets are met
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures

The Ideal Factory Operative
- Previous experience in Food Manufacturing and Production or Packing is essential
- Good attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and committed to a long-term position
- Own transport is essential due to the location
