About the Role
Daily operation of the container filling/labelling machinery safely and efficiently to produce top-quality products.
- Report and/or correct safety issues
- Maintain proper safety conditions of equipment and surroundings
- Perform quality inspections on materials and finished product, including codes, seals, and weights
- Ensure proper and accurate product/package/code changes
- Conduct all filling/labelling operator CIP (Clean-In-Place) duties and surface foaming with mechanical cleaning per specified schedules
- Perform simple preventative maintenance, such as cleaning, inspecting, lubricating, and tightening
- Monitor equipment and process performance, correcting/raising issues before they become a problem

- Strong communicator with the ability to understand instructions
- Previous experience in an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or related company
- Food hygiene certificate
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent desirable to demonstrate a basic level of vocational learning ability
- Experience with SAP process order management and automated data collection systems, i.e., SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), SPC (Statistical Process Control)
