Role Title: Team Member 2
Salary: £44,385.36
Working Hours: 7pm-7am - 4 week rolling rota:
- Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 3 - Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 4 - Wednesday, Thursday
Location: 10 Waxlow Road, London, NW10 7NY

In the Process area, you’ll be part of a supportive team, operating machinery, performing quality checks, and helping maintain high production standards.

What will be your key deliverables?
- Carry out all pre-start checks.
- Carry out product quality evaluations throughout the shift.
- Control and operate a variety of processes and equipment to the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Understand equipment and machinery setup.
- Be able to work in a cross-functional working environment.
- Complete changeovers in your area, following the correct procedure.
- Ensure all documentation is filled in correctly and to the right standard.
- Complete shift handovers in your area, following the agreed agenda.
- Train peers and new operatives in equipment use and procedures when required.
- Undertake basic problem diagnosis.
- Work with relevant team members to resolve issues.
- Ensure the efficient operation of packing equipment whilst carrying out quality inspections and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Maximise plant efficiency whilst minimizing waste.
- Keep housekeeping and hygiene standards at the highest level.
- Support the business with the generation of any improvement Initiatives.

Bring your experience
Essential
- Have an understanding of good manufacturing practices and safety at work procedures.
- Can work well with others and be open to learning and change.
We’re looking for people who can work flexibly and adapt to change. You’ll get support to help you succeed.
Desirable
- Experience working with food or machinery in a quality-focused factory is valuable, but not essential.
What does the recruitment process consist of?
- Assessments – Swift Comprehensive Aptitude and a Workplace English assessment. These should take around 60 minutes to complete.
- Interview – 45-60 minute competency-based interview based on our company values and your experience.
If you are an internal member of staff, you might not need to do all the assessments, it is dependent on your current role.
