We are excited to offer a new production opportunity with one of the rapidly growing companies in the Mildenhall, Suffolk area, complete with full training provided!
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing, welding or production environment. Experience using hand and power tools, grinders or similar equipment for cleaning and finishing would be advantageous, although full training may be provided to the right candidate.

The starting salary for this production role is £13.00 – £14.00+ p/hour.
Production Operative Duties
- Cleaning and finishing welded components
- Removing weld spatter, slag and excess material
- Using grinders, hand tools and other equipment as required
- Preparing welds and components to the required standard
- Inspecting finished welds and identifying any defects
- Handling and moving components safely within the production area
- Following production instructions and quality requirements
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised work area

The standard working hours for the role are 06:00 – 14:00, Monday to Friday.
