- Excellent overtime rates of GBP 19.40 per hour after 40 hours and GBP 25.86 per hour after 50 hours

- Assemble high-quality construction products to company standards
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Shrink wrap finished products ready for dispatch
- Pack products accurately to meet customer requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area
- Follow production processes and health and safety procedures at all times
What we're looking for in a Production Operative
- Ability to carry out manual handling and prolonged standing throughout the shift
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial
- Own safety footwear
- Understanding of safe working practices within an industrial setting
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards

Working hours
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, between 7:00am and 3:30pm.
