Job Description
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy industrial environment in Cheltenham. This role involves sorting soiled products, heavy lifting, and supporting the smooth operation of the production process. The position is physically demanding and suited to individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay & Hours
- £12.81 per hour
- Day shifts Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 16:00
- No weekend work
- Temp to Perm opportunity
What you'll be doing:
- Sorting and processing soiled products
- Carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling duties
- Working within a fast-paced production environment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the work area
- Supporting colleagues to achieve production targets
- Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members
