Description:
As a Production Operative, you'll be an integral part of our lens manufacturing process. Your primary role will be in our Edging and Mounting department, where you'll fit lenses to frames with precision and attention to detail. Inspection and quality control are key aspects of this role, ensuring every lens meets our high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Fit lenses to frames accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect lenses for quality and ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work as part of a team and collaborate effectively.
- Adhere to production schedules and targets.
- Work rotating shift of 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm, overtime is required on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- Ensure a high level of attention to detail.

Qualifications:
- No formal qualifications required, but a good eye for detail is essential.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Basic understanding of lens technology is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
- Punctual and reliable attendance.
