Job Description
Production Operative
Various Shifts Available
- Days - 4 on 4 off, 6am - 6pm
- Nights - 4 on 4 off, 6pm-6am
- Fixed Weekends - Thursday, Friday, Saturday and alternating Sundays days and nights
Days - £13.45 per hour, Nights £14.61 per hour

What does a Production Operative do?
You’re the heartbeat of our warehouse! In this vital role, you’ll be the one bringing our iconic red boxes to life, carefully picking and packing a world of delicious ingredients.
It’s a high-energy, tech-driven environment where you’ll master our conveyor systems, following the lights and buttons to ensure every customer gets exactly what they ordered.
No two days are the same—one shift you might be expertly collating ingredients into bags, and the next you’ll be leading the charge at our ice or box stations.
Who you are
We’re looking for energy and enthusiasm! If you love smashing targets, working as part of a speedy and supportive team then Gousto could be the right environment for you!
Our warehouse is bustling and fast paced. You’ll be on your feet and on the move, working in our chilled environment (a crisp 3 degrees) while working across various stations.
Safety is our top priority, so your keen eye for detail and commitment to following procedures will make you a vital member of the team.

Full training is given.
No previous warehouse experience? No problem! Full training is provided, and we'll give you all the support you need to succeed from day one.
