PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

Enfield | Monday to Friday | 6:00am to 3:00pm | ยฃ28,335.48 per annum

Looking for a stable Monday to Friday role where you can be part of a team making well known food brands?

Weโ€™re looking for a Production Operative to join our team in Enfield.

This is a hands-on role where youโ€™ll play an important part in keeping our production lines running safely and efficiently, helping us make products that reach consumers, restaurants and takeaways across the UK.

Youโ€™ll be joining an established team, working Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 3:00pm, with no weekend shifts as part of the normal working pattern.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

  • Running production lines safely and efficiently to help deliver the daily production plan
  • Making sure food safety, quality and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the shift
  • Spotting and reporting faults or downtime so issues can be dealt with quickly
  • Working closely with Line Technicians, Shift Managers, Technical and Engineering colleagues
  • Helping keep the production area clean, organised and working to GMP standards
  • Playing your part in a team focused on safety, quality and getting the job done well

What Weโ€™re Looking For

Weโ€™re looking for someone who is reliable, practical and enjoys working as part of a team.

Ideally, youโ€™ll bring:

  • Previous production operative experience ideally in a food manufacturing environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • A positive and reliable approach to work
  • Good communication skills
  • A willingness to learn and get involved
  • Experience of stock control or WMS systems would be useful

Food Hygiene, Manual Handling or health and safety qualifications would be an advantage.
