We are recruiting for several Full time Production Operatives.
£12.71 Per hour raising to £12.90 after 12 weeks
Blackburn (BB1 3BS)
Previous Experience Desirable But Not Essential
Shifts:
- Monday to Thursday: 14:50pm-23:00pm
- Friday: 12:00pm-18:00pm
Full time role totals 36 hours per week
Kingdom People are recruiting for several production operatives to work at one of our client’s sites in Blackburn (BB1). The customer is a leading confectionary manufacturer. The role will involve assisting in the production process, ensuring that products are made, quality checked and packed according to food safety and quality standards.

The Role
Production Operatives will be expected to do the following tasks (list is not exhaustive):
- Operating production line machinery
- Ensuring the quality and safety of food products
- Packaging finished products
- Following strict hygiene and safety regulations
- Monitoring production processes
- Reporting issues to team leader
- Manual handling will be required
- Checking the product matches the packaging
- Filling in paperwork if required
- Quality control of products
- Following site rules and procedures

Requirements
Production Operatives ideally need to fulfil the following requirements:
- Be able to work 8hr shift
- Previous experience desirable but not essential
- Being able to commute to Blackburn (BB1)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
