About The Role
Riverside seeks Production Operatives for a manufacturing client in Penrith, offering £13.73 to £15.59 hourly. This full-time role suits those wanting temporary, ad hoc, or permanent work. Shifts run 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, or 10pm–6am; flexibility is preferred, though specific patterns may be arranged. No prior experience is necessary, as full training covers all tasks. Ideal candidates possess a willingness to learn and a collaborative attitude. Duties include operating machinery, assembling products, and maintaining quality standards. Riverside Recruitment is currently recruiting Production Operatives for our busy manufacturing client based in Penrith.
Whether you are looking for ad hoc shifts, regular work, 16+ hours per week, full-time hours, or a permanent opportunity for the right candidate, we would be happy to speak with you.
No experience? No problem. If you have a positive attitude, are willing to learn, and enjoy working as part of a team, full training will be provided.
Shifts Available Include
- 6:00am – 2:00pm – £13.73 per hour
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm – £14.83 per hour
- 10:00pm – 6:00am – £15.59 per hour
We are ideally looking for candidates who can be flexible across shifts, but if you need a specific shift pattern to fit around your lifestyle, we would still love to hear from you.
