Job Title: Production Operatives

Salary: £12.71 Per Hour
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 6.00am - 2.00pm & 2.00pm - 10.00pm rotating weekly
Location: Fleckney, Leicestershire
Our client is seeking Production Operatives to join their busy manufacturing facility based in the South of Leicestershire. This is an excellent opportunity to forge a career with an established company with the possibility of securing permanent work.

Due to location own transport is essential
The Role
- Assisting in the production of goods
- Quality checking goods to customer specification
- Finding and removing faults at fixed stages of production process
- Making sure production is accurate but still adhering to production targets
- Inspecting materials for defects
- Input into updating quality control polices
The Candidate
- Willing to work a 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm on a rotating shift pattern
- A willingness to undertake further relevant training
- Keen eye for detail to keep up 100% customer satisfaction
- Good communication skills as working within a team
