Location: Market Drayton Butter Plant
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off Days & Nights (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am)

Starting salary: £32,951.76 rising to £38,594.96 when fully trained through a structured training plan.
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Carry out basic maintenance and fault finding
- Meet production, quality and waste targets
- Perform product testing and compliance checks
- Maintain high hygiene, housekeeping and safety standards
- Escalate issues promptly and support continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment (desirable but not essential)
- Good mechanical aptitude (essential)
- Knowledge of processing machinery and production operations
- Strong communication and teamworking skills
- Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety practices
