Production Operator / Small Scale Compounding Operator

We are seeking a Production Operator / Small Scale Compounding Operator for our client based in Ashford. The role involves working rotating shifts and preparing small-scale product batches.

Shifts: Rotating: 06:45 - 14:15 & 14:00 - 21:15 (Mon - Fri)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure and mix raw materials accurately.
  • Operate compounding equipment.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety in the work area to prevent contamination.
  • Perform quality checks and maintain production records.
  • Stock replenishments.
  • Packing and dispatching of all samples to customers.
  • Completing company paperwork
  • Data entry of orders to inhouse software

Requirements:

  • Production experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
  • Good working knowledge of SAP preferred
  • Proven literacy and numeracy skills
  • IT Proficient

Contract Details:

  • This is a 3/6 Month contract
  • Monthly payments
  • 25 days holiday+ 8 Bank Holiday per annum
  • Pension
