What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Team Member, working on an annualised hours basis you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Your responsibilities will include:

- Operating heat press machinery to apply badges, logos, names, and numbers to garments according to customer specifications.
- Using single-head and 8-head embroidery machines to customise teamwear with club badges.
- Preparing and organising picked orders ready for customisation.
- Producing vinyl and DTF logos, badges, and numbers for heat press application.
- Carrying out routine machine maintenance and ensuring equipment is operating efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Supporting colleagues to ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
