Job Title: Production Operator
Summary:
In this role you will be working the night shift (10pm to 6am) running production vessels and ancillary equipment/ facilities, including operating fork lift trucks. Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that form part of the Quality Management System and daily tasks. Also computerised control and reporting systems.
Responsibilities Include:
- Safe and effective operation of manufacturing plant and ancillary equipment, including fork lift trucks
- Housekeeping of the plant and area
- Compliance with standards for quality and consumption of material
- Routine batch manufacture
- Perform in-process testing of batches being manufactured
- Correct filling out of all batch sheets
- Adhering to all guidance given by Team Leaders
- Adhering to all health & safety guidelines
- Complete all necessary paperwork, data entry and reporting requirements.
- Versatility to perform all required manufacturing duties
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
Minimum Qualifications:
- Educated to GCSE or equivalent standard, must include English and Maths
Preferred Qualifications:
- Health and Safety, Manual Handling, qualifications
- Computer literate (including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel) and the ability to use Company's bespoke internal IT systems
What We Offer:
- Base Pay Range: £21,300 - £31,200
- Compensation for this role will be competitive and aligned with market practices in the respective location. Actual pay is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, and geographic location. Where applicable country-specific salary ranges will be communicated during the hiring process based on local pay transparency regulations. - This role may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation. Any such incentives are governed by the terms of the Company’s applicable plans and are based on company performance and/or individual performance.
