Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operate production machinery in line with Computershare and Manufacturer guidelines.
  • Always demonstrate safe working practices and ensure the “Computershare Health and Safety Management” policy is adhered to.
  • Ensure quality products are produced 100% of the time in line with system and ISO procedural guidelines; highlight all quality issues to the Team Leader as they arise.
  • Achieve specified output figures in line with KPI’s.
  • Produce accurate work in a timely manner, understanding that the part you play is integral to the service that is within the clients’ expectations and set KPI’s.
  • Take responsibility for the tidiness and cleanliness of the Production facility. Work with the Team Leader to ensure the production facility is kept clean and tidy. HSE - pro actively work with the Management team and Facilities team to ensure HSE standards are maintained. Highlight all non-conformances in line with process.
  • In addition, some flexibility is required in this position if an occasion may present when an urgent task (outside of the general nature of the role) is required to be performed in order to meet CCS client’s needs.
  • Ensure data protection compliance at all times.

What you will bring to this role

Other key requirements

  • Computer skills – good working knowledge of Excel, Word and internet.
  • Good Communication skills
  • Accurate and numerate
  • English Language skills must be excellent as role requires reading of detailed information.

These are not a necessity as full training will be given. We are looking for someone that is keen and has the willingness to learn.

  • Forklift truck licence (Counterbalance)
  • Supplier certified training – Cut Sheet Ink Jet printing
  • Supplier certified training – Automated envelope enclosing equipment
