Production Operator — Co-Pack Line (Fixed-Term Contract)
Onsite — Fulham, London — Fixed-Term Contract (approx. 16–18 weeks) — Double-day shifts
The role
We're hiring production operators to join a fast-paced production line at our Fulham site. You'll be part of a small, hands-on team running a semi-automated packing line — loading product, checking quality as it moves through the line, and repacking into cartons ready for dispatch.
This is physical, on-your-feet warehouse/production work. Full training and induction is provided — no prior co-packing experience required, though it's a plus.
What you'll be doing
- Loading cases/bottles onto the conveyor line at the start of each run
- Checking product and packaging as it comes through the line, flagging anything that doesn't meet quality standards
- Repacking finished product into cartons, sealing, and preparing for palletising
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a small shift team, keeping the line moving at pace
- Following site health & safety, hygiene, and manual handling procedures at all times
- Basic housekeeping and keeping your work area clear and organised

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
