Job Overview
TE Connectivity’s Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. This role performs changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining 5S and organisation of the work area.

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain safe working practices supporting the company’s standards.
- Ensure the correct selection of material from company documentation.
- Deliver material to operational areas in a timely manner.
- Working to tight deadlines.
- Good housekeeping, 5S knowledge desirable.
- Using machinery to prep and complete products.
- File and process paperwork within the area and in line with system requirements.
Job Responsibilities Continued
- Informing supervisor and/or purchasing of material shortages.
- Maintaining production plans to ensure alignment with customer demands and shipping deadlines.
- Participating in daily team meetings to review plans and workload.
- Effectively communicating and updating relevant departments on current operational statuses.
- Flexibility to work within other process departments.
