Join Smurfit Westrock in Aldershot as a Production Operator and be part of a global leader in sustainable packaging! We’re hiring enthusiastic team members to work our afternoon shift (2pm to 10pm) to operate machinery, ensure product quality, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, working as part of a supportive team, and making a real impact every day, we'd love to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in manufacturing or fast-paced environments
- Practical problem-solving skills
- Energetic, proactive, and accurate approach
- Good communication, numeracy, and computer skills
- Flexible and team-oriented attitude
