Production Operator – Join Our Team in Blackpool!
Are you reliable, hands-on, and eager to learn? We’re looking for Production Operators to join our high-performing manufacturing team at DePuy Synthes in Blackpool.
In this role, you’ll support the assembly and processing of high-quality products, working to established specifications and safety standards. You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where teamwork, attention to detail, and good manufacturing practice (GMP) are essential.
What you’ll do:
- Complete manufacturing and assembly tasks to strict quality standards
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and follow hygiene & gowning procedures
- Support training of new colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement
- Work safely with equipment, including basic calibration tasks
- Collaborate as part of a strong, supportive team

What we’re looking for:
- Good numeracy, literacy, and communication skills
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Good hygiene, attention to detail, and dexterity
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing needs
- 0–2 years’ experience (manufacturing experience helpful but not essential)
