Role Overview
We’re expanding our team and are looking for motivated individuals to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing operation in Loughborough.
You will work within our inhalation production line, operating in a highly controlled environment where quality, precision and safety are essential every day. Play a key role in ensuring that production targets are met, whilst working in line with the highest standards of cGMP.
Full training will be provided across all procedures, processes and equipment, giving you the knowledge and confidence to operate effectively within the department.
You’ll be someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, from following safety procedures and keeping your area audit ready and ensuring that all manufacturing documentation is presented accurately and clearly.
Key Responsibilities
- Working in a collaborative environment to ensure that production and changeover targets are met.
- Following all procedures and processes within the department to maintain a high standard of cGMP and that everything is completed correctly first time.
- Health and safety is the responsibility of everyone and is vital across the whole site, not just within the production areas.
- Accurate records and paperwork are needed within a timely manner, following the principles of ALCOA.
- We are frequently looking at continuous improvement ideas, and suggestions are proactively welcomed and discussed.
- Flexibility will be required dependant on the department’s needs.

Skills & Experience
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English Grade C/Level 4 or above (preferred).
- Experience of working in a production environment, on a shift basis.
- Good understanding of GMP is preferable.
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Additional Information
- Shift Required: Onsite – Opportunities available for:
- Day shifts: Monday to Friday (8 hours per day) moving to working a Day & Night shift in 2027.
- Day & Night shifts: (06:00 to 18:15 and 18:00 to 06:15 12-hour shifts) - average 40 hours per week.
- We require flexibility to work across the various shift patterns.
- Location: Derby Road, Loughborough
- All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
