Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Production Operative role based in Attleborough Norfolk. The Production Operative will manage daily tasks such as organizing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and contributing to the efficient manufacturing process of our high-quality boilers. Additional responsibilities include on-site burner repairs and dispatch. Full training will be provided.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Quality Control and maintaining high manufacturing standards
- Effective Communication skills for coordination with the team
- Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing exceptional quality products
- Background in manufacturing or similar industry is an advantage but not essential
