Production Order Coordinator

Worcester | 6 Month Rolling Contract | Inside IR35 | Fully Site Based

Belcan Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a Production Order Coordinator to join a busy manufacturing operation in Worcester on a 6-month rolling contract. Working fully on site, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing administration, production support, or SAP experience to play a key role in maintaining the accuracy of production documentation and manufacturing records.

About the Role

As a Production Order Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and correcting production orders within SAP, ensuring they accurately reflect approved manufacturing documentation. You will be provided with controlled work instructions and documentation, which must be checked, interpreted, and transferred accurately into production orders. You will investigate discrepancies, make detailed notes, maintain accurate records, and ensure manufacturing data remains aligned to support production flow and inspection activities. The role will also involve coordinating the movement of work in progress (WIP), working closely with Manufacturing, Inspection, and Engineering teams, undertaking manual handling activities, driving pallet trucks, and using Microsoft Excel for record keeping and reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
