Big ideas. Real-world impact.

At SYOS Aerospace, we’re not here to do things the way they’ve always been done. We’re building the next generation of autonomous systems across air, land, and sea – turning ambitious ideas into technology that works in the real world. From cutting-edge research, design, and advanced engineering in New Zealand to manufacturing scale-up and global delivery in the UK, our teams are transforming innovative concepts into operational products used by customers around the world.

This is an opportunity to join SYOS at a pivotal stage of growth – where the work you do today will help shape the products, processes, and capabilities of tomorrow. Whether you’re looking to build an international career or see yourself in New Zealand in the future, this could be the opportunity that opens the door. As we continue to grow globally, we’re committed to creating career pathways across our teams, projects, and locations.

The SYOS way

We’re growing fast, taking on bigger challenges, and building technology that matters. At SYOS, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute, solve problems, and see your work make a real impact.

About The Role

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Production Planner to join our Production team. This is a key role responsible for coordinating production schedules, ensuring materials and resources are available when needed, and supporting the successful delivery of customer programmes.

Working across multiple departments, you'll play a vital role in maintaining production flow, monitoring progress against schedules, and driving on-time delivery performance. You'll be instrumental in ensuring our manufacturing operations run efficiently while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
