Role Overview

We're looking for a Site Planner to join our Supply Chain team and play a key role in ensuring we have the right products, materials and resources available to meet customer demand.

Working closely with Production, Operations and Purchasing teams, you'll turn forecasts into achievable plans, balancing customer requirements, factory capacity and stock levels to keep our operation running smoothly. This is a highly visible role where you'll have the opportunity to influence performance, solve problems and drive continuous improvement across the site.

Key Duties

  • Develop and maintain accurate production, demand and materials plans to support customer requirements.
  • Create and communicate daily, weekly and medium-term production schedules.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy, customer demand and service levels, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate protein and raw material requirements with Purchasing and operational teams.
  • Lead planning inputs for S&OP, promotional events and seasonal peaks.
  • Manage inventory levels to minimise waste, obsolescence and supply risk.
  • Build strong relationships across Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial and Customer teams.
  • Analyse performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve service, efficiency and cost performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
