As a Production Planner, you'll help keep manufacturing operations running smoothly, strengthen coordination across teams, and play a key part in delivering production items on time and within budget. What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain production schedules that match delivery requirements and operational capacity for this company's manufacturing output.
  • Liaise with the Supply Chain Coordinator to communicate transport booking requirements and dispatch priorities.
  • Monitor production progress, adjust plans when needed, and keep deadlines firmly in focus.
  • Coordinate preparation and distribution of key documentation, including job sheets and works orders.
  • Lead production visibility by maintaining and updating the Production Tracker, sharing performance updates with the Supply Chain Manager.
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain team to resolve stock discrepancies and support stock-take activity.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven experience in production planning or coordination within a manufacturing or production environment, ideally using an ERP system.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and a careful eye for detail.
  • Confident working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • A proactive approach to identifying risks and supporting improvements that strengthen operational compliance and efficiency.
